How does FaceMetric AI analyze my face?

FaceMetric AI uses advanced AI models to identify facial landmarks and calculate aesthetic ratios based on the Golden Ratio (Phi), facial symmetry, and geometric proportions. You simply upload a clear, well-lit photograph and receive a detailed analysis report.

Is my face data stored or shared?

No. Your face data is processed in temporary server memory for a maximum of 60 seconds and is immediately and permanently deleted after your analysis report is generated. We never store your photographs on disk, and we never share them with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do analysis credits work?

Each facial analysis requires one credit. You can purchase credits directly within the app. Once a credit is used for an analysis, it cannot be refunded. However, you can request a refund for unused credits through Apple's App Store refund process.

Is this app a medical tool?

No. FaceMetric AI is an aesthetic analysis tool for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical advice, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

What kind of photos work best?

For the most accurate results, use a clear, front-facing photograph with good, even lighting. Avoid heavy shadows, strong filters, or photos taken from extreme angles. Natural daylight photos typically produce the best results.

Can I export or share my analysis results?

Yes! FaceMetric AI allows you to generate a detailed PDF report of your analysis results. You can then share this PDF via email, messaging apps, or save it to your device for future reference.

How do I request a refund?

The analysis seems to take a long time. Is that normal?

The AI analysis typically takes 15–60 seconds, depending on server load and network conditions. A progress indicator shows the current status. If the analysis takes longer than expected, ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again.

I encountered an error during analysis. What should I do?

If you encounter an error, please try the following: (1) Check your internet connection, (2) Restart the app, (3) Try with a different, well-lit photograph. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@idakimi.com with a description of the error and we will resolve it promptly.
