Is it safe to upload my lease agreement?

Yes. Your document is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption and is not retained on our servers after analysis is complete. Damage photos and chat history are stored only on your device (SwiftData) and are never uploaded to any server. For full details, read our

Subscription & Payment
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Follow these steps on your iPhone:
- Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Select "LeaseGuard AI"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until then.
I paid but Premium is still not active. What should I do?

Try the following steps first:
- Close and reopen the app
- Check your internet connection
- Go to Settings → Subscription → "Restore Purchases"
If the problem persists, email info@idakimi.com with your Apple invoice number and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.
Technical Issues
Analysis is not working or I'm getting an error. What should I do?

Try these steps in order:
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection (Wi-Fi preferred)
- Fully close and reopen the app
- Restart your device
- Check the App Store to ensure you have the latest version installed
- Make sure the lease text is at least 200 characters long
If the issue persists, send a screenshot of the error message to info@idakimi.com.
Camera access is not working.

Go to iPhone Settings → LeaseGuard AI and make sure Camera and Photos permissions are set to "Allowed". Then relaunch the app. If the problem continues, try deleting and reinstalling the app to reset permissions.
How do I delete my data?

- To clear all records: Settings → "Clear All Records"
- To delete your account: Settings → "Delete My Account"
- To submit a data deletion request: Email info@idakimi.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
Account deletion is irreversible and permanently removes all local data.

How do I upload a PDF or Word file?

On the Scan tab, tap the "Upload File" button. You can select a PDF or Word (.docx) file from the Files app. Alternatively, copy the lease text and paste it directly into the text field.
How do I share the damage report PDF?

On the Damage Reports screen, long-press on the relevant report or tap the ⋯ menu. Select "Share PDF Report" to share via email, WhatsApp, or any other app on your device.
