Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoiceBloom, operated by idakimi.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By using VoiceBloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
VoiceBloom provides parent-friendly child speech development screening reports, transcripts, speech sound insights, IPA phoneme analysis, progress trends, exercises, PDF exports, and related support features. VoiceBloom is provided through an iOS app and related web pages.
VoiceBloom is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose speech, language, hearing, developmental, or neurological conditions.
2. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility
VoiceBloom is intended for adults, parents, and legal guardians. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or submit child information. By using VoiceBloom for a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have authority and consent to provide the child's information and recordings.
3. Accounts
VoiceBloom uses Sign in with Apple for account access. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for activity under your VoiceBloom account. You agree to provide accurate information and to avoid entering unnecessary sensitive details into child profiles.
4. Recordings and Consent
You are responsible for making sure you have all permissions required by applicable law before recording or uploading any audio. You agree not to record people unlawfully or without required consent. By requesting analysis, you grant VoiceBloom a limited, temporary license to process the recording solely to provide the requested speech analysis and report.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of audio recordings, transcripts, child profile information, and reports you provide or generate through VoiceBloom. We use your content only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not use your audio, transcripts, reports, or child data to train AI models.
6. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Billing
VoiceBloom may offer free and paid plans. iOS subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed with RevenueCat entitlement services. Apple handles payment details, renewal, cancellation, and refund workflows.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made directly to Apple, subject to Apple's policies.
Deleting your VoiceBloom account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must cancel subscriptions separately through Apple.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use VoiceBloom for emergency, diagnostic, or medical decision-making.
- Submit audio or information without required consent or legal authority.
- Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass the service.
- Use VoiceBloom to monitor, surveil, profile, or identify people unlawfully.
- Misrepresent VoiceBloom reports as a clinical diagnosis.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
8. Clinical and Educational Disclaimer
VoiceBloom reports are automated screening signals that may be affected by age, language, accent, background noise, microphone quality, adult speech in the recording, and model uncertainty. Always consult a qualified speech-language pathologist, clinician, or other appropriate professional for concerns about speech or language development.
9. Privacy
Your use of VoiceBloom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, audio deletion, AI processing, child privacy, account deletion, and your rights.
10. Intellectual Property
VoiceBloom's software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by idakimi.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer VoiceBloom except as permitted by law.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue VoiceBloom or any feature at any time. We may also update reports, models, limits, plans, and pricing. We will provide notice where required by law or platform rules.
12. Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using VoiceBloom at any time. You may delete your account and associated data from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if required by law.
13. Disclaimers
VoiceBloom is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, idakimi.com and VoiceBloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of VoiceBloom.
15. Apple Terms
If you downloaded VoiceBloom from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for VoiceBloom's content, support, privacy practices, or claims, except as required by applicable App Store rules.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise. Courts in Ankara, Turkey will have jurisdiction unless applicable law provides another mandatory forum.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date identifies the latest version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
