Charmo AI - System User Guide

Welcome to Charmo! Here is a simple guide on how to get the most out of your AI companion app.

1. Getting Started

Once you download the app from the App Store and sign in securely with Apple, you will arrive at the Home Screen. From here, you can browse through carefully curated character categories (e.g., Mentors, Historical Figures, Consultants, Psychological Health).

2. Chatting with Characters

Tap on any character card to open the Chat Interface. Simply type your message in the bottom bar and press send! The AI will analyze the individual personality context and respond back instantly. Note: Unsubscribed users have a limited trial allowance.

3. Creating Your Own AI Assistant (Charmo Plus feature)

If you're a Charmo Plus subscriber, you can navigate to the Create Character tab. Enter your desired character's name, their target category, and most importantly, their System Prompt (e.g., "You are an expert travel agent..."). Your completely custom AI is now ready to assist you!

4. Managing Your Subscription

Charmo offers Auto-Renewing Subscriptions to remove message limits. To manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, navigate to your iPhone's Native built-in App Settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Troubleshooting

If you face any issues such as your Charmo Plus not unlocking properly, tap the settings cog inside the app and use the 'Satın Alımları Geri Yükle' (Restore Purchases) button.
