Charmo is an AI companion application that provides conversational AI agents and consultants. The AI characters are generated by artificial intelligence models and should not be used as a replacement for certified professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
We offer Auto-Renewing Subscriptions ("Charmo Plus") which unlocks unlimited chats, premium roles, and custom character creation. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings solely on the App Store after purchase.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. You must NOT use the AI models to generate offensive or highly restricted content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to abuse the API or bypass usage limits.
The app is provided "as is". The developers take no responsibility for any harm resulting from conversations, routines, or advice generated autonomously by the AI models.
